wow, what a Place to Unwind!

attentive staffexcellent food

the staff were so attentive, i was really impressed. the food choices were really excellent, i loved the à la carte options. i enjoyed the ibiza vibe a lot, the beach beds were so comfy.

This spot is in a good central location, nearby calis plaj. reaching other destinations like the airport is easy. plus, it is close to several shops for any last-minute needs or souvenirs. It's convenient.

Our rooms were clean, that is a good thing to remember. upgrades were very generous, that was such a wonderful surprise. i appreciated the extra touch the hotel showed us upon arrival. The room was very nice.

i had a very romantic time here the memories. i booked a turkish bath and massage the service was very professional the therapists left me relaxed and refreshed i found the food and drink choices very good i especially loved the turkish restaurant everything was first class. the entertainment was really good and i loved the sunset entertainment on the beach in the evening. each sun lounger on the beach had a qr code for drinks the drinks were then delivered right to the sun lounger there was a wide selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks available i was able to order without moving from my lounger. busra from guest relations were really nice and helped me plan all aspects of my trip i found that to be very useful. the food and beverages catered for all tastes and there was an abundance of choice the beach was only steps away with all inclusive options everywhere the location was amazing and the hotel made it even better with the new beach area and coffee stall.

the pool areas were nice, but the water was very cold it felt very refreshing when i first went in but i soon got cold other guests also commented on the water temperature.

the staff at the hotel provided friendly service they were always smiling and eager to assist with a range of needs the quick resolution of any queries was particularly appreciated. busra were very good.

the hotel boasts well maintained facilities i particularly enjoyed the beach with its clear waters and the convenience of the qr code drink service i also found that the spa area was great. i loved the bar areas too.

the dining options at the hotel offered a variety of choices i found myself enjoying the range and freshness the food was well presented and catered for different dietary preferences the desserts were amazing. i liked the beach bar.

the hotel was very clean and well-organized, meeting my basic expectations for hygiene.

i was quite disappointed by the noise levels, especially room 585. i was initially placed next to air conditioning units. after i moved to 608, i had constant noise from the patisserie bar and discotheque (it operated 24 hours). the disruption extended to noisy guests returning late at night.
